Jay is a highly experienced software engineer and project manager, able to communicate effectively across a range of functional groups and levels allowing him to deliver great outcomes for projects. His experience encompasses project estimations, planning and development as well as supporting audit processes, mass production and long-term maintenance. He has led teams of software developers in a multi-cultural environment developing multiple systems in parallel. Jay has worked across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
